Marriage is... everything all of the time. It’s soul-stirring, ceaselessly challenging, and takes you on a journey you never could have imagined. To share a life with someone is the greatest commitment a person can make, one that inspires both individuals to grow, and is not without sacrifice. If you’re married, then you already know: it’s not easy, but it’s also the best. A renewal ceremony can be a wonderful and heartwarming way to reaffirm and celebrate your love for one another. It can be a milestone anniversary celebration, or a reason to recognize each other by reinvigorating your love story with newfound romanticism.

I know this isn’t about me, but I absolutely love vow renewals! There is nothing more romantic than doubling-down on the love you already share and reminding your partner all of the ways that you’ve only fallen further in love with them. (Personally, I’m already looking forward to my vow renewals, but that’s because I’m a love nerd.)

No vow renewal ceremony is the same - which is part of what I love about them - but since there is no one-size-fits-all tradition, let’s discuss what you have in mind.
